A good book to motivate any person in similar circumstances. I love how this book has been insightful into MindBody and Mindscape. I must comment that the journey of the patient in terms of symptoms, recovery, weakness, ordeal of treatment have hardly been highlighted. The real deal treatment stories were just brushed on. In fact, the level of activities that she has described a stage 4 cancer patient undergoing treatment has participated bordered on surreal. Although, it is possible since Terri was already in remission. For most, it is hardly possible given the pain, nausea, strain from treatment to mention the least. I can’t help but think most in their journey to cure may wonder how real some of her accounts are. The mind body connection described in this book has several good takeaways.
